While it might not exactly be a new Mario game, Yoshi and the Mysterious Book was reaveled as part of the initial Mario 40th anniversary and we are getting a new gameplay overview trailer today alongside the official release date. 

Happy Mario Day 2026! MAR10 Day has officially arrived and with it we have giant selection of Nintendo Switch game deals, an all-new trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, the release of some classic Mario games, LEGO deals, and there’s even more to come.

Mario Day 2026 is already in full swing with up to 50% off physical Switch games and the annual eShop sale now live, not to mention these LEGO sets and a return all-time low on Samsung’s officially-licensed 256GB Switch 2 Express microSD, but it is now time for the Mario Day Direct. This year, with the theatrical release quickly approaching, Nintendo is set to host a dedicated Super Mario Galaxy Movie Direct showcase and it goes live very soon. 

While we might not have got an official Nintendo Switch 2 bundle deal specifically for MAR10 this year, there are loads of official game deals now live a retail and the eShop. We have already featured the digital Switch game Mario Day 2026 deals, but today the physical Switch game deals are going live. All of the titles Nintendo advertised in its official announcements are now ready to go at up to 50% off – you’ll find these deals live at Amazon, Target, Best Buy and others. 

Nobody likes tariffs (almost nobody anyway), and neither does Nintendo. According to reports flooding the interwebs today, Nintendo has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government to get back some of those golden coins it lost when tariffs initially went in place ahead of the Switch 2 launch. 

The Mario 2026 festivities are in full swing already, with game sales already live on the eShop, Amazon, and at Best Buy. And with this year’s celebration landing in honor of the 40th anniversary of the Super Mario Bros. game and the upcoming release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, Nintendo has announced the next Nintendo Direct dedicated to Mario’s upcoming big screen adventure. 

Nintendo has now officially announced its Mario Day 2026 plans and has already launched this year’s official eShop sale. However, Amazon and Best Buy have now launched Mario Day 2026 Switch game deals and you’ll now find a selection of first-party Nintendo titles marked down in digital form. There will still be a collection of physical games deals going live at Best Buy and elsewhere this weekend (March 8 at most retailers online), but the digital offers are already live:

Nintendo has now officially announced its Mario Day 2026 plans and, while we will have to wait a few more days for the official physical game deals to hit, the 2026 Mar10 Day eShop is now live!

We got an early look at the official Nintendo MAR10 Day Switch game deals already this morning, but Nintendo has now issued an official press release detailing its complete Mario Day 2026 plans. This year is in honor of the 40th anniversary of the Super Mario Bros. game and the upcoming release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie on April 1, but there’s a whole lot more than that. After much speculation and some early announcements, it appears the official MAR10 Day deals have now landed online. While the announcement is yet to hit the Nintendo news page at this point, key art of the deals has now surfaced online we have the goods for you below.
